2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 21 years old to open an account on ce333. We do not approve accounts for minors. We may request a valid ID for age verification at any time. Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

For those aged 21 and above only. It is your responsibility to ensure that betting activities comply with your local laws.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may open one account only. If the same person operates multiple accounts, ce333 reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts and forfeit all balances. Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets cannot be changed once confirmed. ce333 reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error. Bets cannot be placed without sufficient balance in the user's account.

4.2 Sports Betting

• The outcome of any match will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to ce333's own policy.
• ce333 reserves the right to change odds — however, the odds at the time of acceptance will apply to bets already placed.
• Parlay or combo bets combining multiple bets are available; the terms set for all categories apply.

4.3 Casino and Live Games

• Game outcomes are fully controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
• If the internet connection is lost, the game state is saved and continues when reconnected.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, ce333 will resolve the situation according to applicable rules.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Use of any software, bots, or automated technology in betting
• Any manipulation or fraud that could influence game outcomes
• Colluding with other users to place bets or transfer account balances
• Using multiple accounts or identities to obtain bonus benefits
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Example 1: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: Depositing ৳14,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 (maximum limit) — total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus benefit applies only once per account.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by ce333

In the following circumstances, ce333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity is found
• If there is evidence of failure in identity verification or provision of false information
• If there is evidence of operating multiple accounts

7.2 Account Closure by User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may notify the support team at [email protected]. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.

7.3 Balance of Suspended Accounts

Bonus funds and winnings from unsettled bets in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited. The return of actual deposited funds will be determined after a detailed investigation of each incident.
